| Tool Bar: | The 22 tools in PSP 7 are available from the tool bar (as shown above in two pieces). In PSP it's more properly referred to as the, Tool Palette. This page just briefly identifies what the tools/buttons are. |
| Selection: | There are a few tools used for selecting an area in the image. |
| Painting: | Tools used to paint, depending on how you categorize them. |
| Flood Fill: | Simple flood fill, with a whole host of blend options. A way to paint, but really deserves a category of its own. |
| Retouching: | A couple of tools used to retouch areas on the image. |
| Text: | All sorts of options for adding text to the image. |
| Shapes: | Clip art and vector objects. |
